24-HOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.
The 24-hour window begins when you receive the product — not when the order was placed.
Return & exchange conditions

Item must be unworn and unused.

Original tags must remain attached.
- 03
Item must not be soiled, washed, damaged, or carry any odour.

Original packaging and all included accessories must be complete.

Item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Size exchanges
If an item does not fit, we will exchange it for a different size subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests are fulfilled based on the desired size and current stock levels.
Defective or incorrect item
If you received a different item than ordered, or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact KHALX within 24 hours of receiving the item.
We will review the situation and arrange a return or exchange.
